Workforce
As an employer we undertake our responsibilities and operate under guidelines as set out by the HVCA, NICEIC, ECA
and other bodies.
We are proud of our industrial relations record with our workforce of
over sixty site operatives.
We work closely with the building services sectors of TASS,
CITB, HVCA (Heating, Ventilating and Contractors
Association), NICEIC (National Inspection Council Electrical
Installation Contracting), JIB (Joint Industry Board for the
Electrical Contracting Industry) and ACOP (Approved Code Of
Practice) who in turn assist with advice on our training
programme, and we are therefore assured of the quality and
reliability we offer existing and prospective clients. One
of our apprentices won HVCA Craft Trainee of the Year Award
in 2009 and we are continually reviewing our staff training
requirements.
